You don't port forward your computer... so your OS has litterally NOTHING to do with how you port forward... anyways use the search button for once:

Go to portforward.com, select your router, click skip advertisement, pick MySQL Server, type in the last three numbers of you IP in the designated box. Blam your done. You could have used the search bar by the way. ---------------------->

Or you can use this, made by wildsurvival, to instantly portforward with the click of a button.
