Its hard it aint easy as it looks I got to make daily maps
and upload a shit load of weps and armours.

I got my hand on over 67+ armours/weps/npcs.

thats over 500 pics to upload on to gfxs.

lets multiply that by 2 cuz female and male thats 1000 pics.

it aint easy but it's defintely worth it if you want to try to become #1.

You obviously don't know what a rev is :P it's not a server . Well it is, but he is talking about the source, the features. Not about owning the server and becoming #1.

why only learn from one coder?
Learn from most of them on eoserv
trust me that wiki recent changes will help you out all the way.

John seems to be wanting some one to actually show him, it seems like he's being lazy but maybe he just doesn't understand anyways I'd suggest looking at the eoserv wiki an learning that way.
