Its at the top to the left of Stats and it says "Rules".

If it'll say that you're 100% cool then you may be able to become an admin^*.

*But you'd have to be an elite person(youaren't).

Lack personality? I'm just considered borderline retard because I like to use the command line for patching. Sorrrrrryyyyy if I don't want another peice of shit program(TortoiseSVN) in my Program Files. It's already clustered with useless shit I downloaded.
