I downloaded the new seose binary, and extracted it to my dektop. I edited the config file thingy and put in my Computer IP and my desired game name. I then went to Setup Endless ONline and changed the IP to my Computer IP. When I ran the Seose application, I started EO. When I cliked Create Acount it says there was no server. 

Can someone help please?

First try with the default configuration. Don't edit anything. Sounds like you edited the binding by mistake.

ok, I delted all of the files, and redownloaded them and started up the executable Preose then changed the eo IP and started the game. And it still wont work.!

No, don't edit anything. Does it work before you edit. Also, what exactly are you editing, the seose.xini or your clients config? Are you sure you are using the correct IP? Please give details or it's very hard to help.

I didn't change the seose config file, I changed the Eo Setup to my IP and it no work.

try setting your clients IP to 127.0.0.1 just to make sure your server is functioning correctly.

If you can login with 127.0.0.1 then Seose is working fine and the problem is you where not using the correct IP address. You will still have to resolve this issue to allow other people play.

Go here and see if press the "check" button to see if your server can be seen by other people. It will also tell you your correct IP.

As for admins. Once you have created an account. Logout of the server and look in ./Users/Characters/  there will be a file for each character on your server. Open your character file in notepad and change the line that says Admin=0 to Admin=4
After you have done that you can login and make other characters admins in game by using the +admin command. See here for more details on admin commands.

That would probably be because you didn't forward the port in your firewall.

Use that to test it, and do NOT abuse it.

That didn't help 'cos im not allowed to fiddle around with the router settings.

If you aren't allowed to configure your network hardware then you are going to find it extremely hard to run a server. Short of some ugly VPN hack, you'll need to port forward or it will be impossible to allow you server to be "public".
