i downloaded and added gfx files and i still cant get it to work , it just crashes , doesnt even open just say has entered a problem

Insult all you want... But FFS Update your graphic cards drivers or check, if your color depth is High Color (16-bit), if it is 16-bit, change it to 32-bit (True color).

Figure out the problem on your own.

The problem is, you cant have new items added nor monsters in the new PUB files, so if you do just use your normal eo one, and put your gfx in.

That is a invalid statement for my version of the map editor ;) You can use custom pubs and custom graphics in eomap 0.3.3 aka eomap 0.3.0 r6.

none of these things worked , ive searched for graphic card upgrade and it says directX so i downloaded a new verison of that .

Fail, you need to know your Graphic Card manufacter and model before you can download and install ANY drivers, if you do not know how to do that, ask help from your parents or call to the local computer shop or computer manufacturer or something similiar... OR just let it be like it is.

Read this to get a brief explanation on how to update your graphics driver...
Amazing how far searching "update graphics driver" on google will get ya xD.
