If an admin can create npc's, an admin should also have permission to destroy them. Also, optional parameters would be nice. Examples: $dn: destroys all temp npc's globally, $dn loc: destroys all visible npc's, $dn map: destroys all map npc's, and $dn all to destroy every npc in game.
