have noticed people ask this a lot, even though if they used the search they would see people have answered the question already, anyways i just thought i would make a little guide on how to do it, since its really not that hard at all..

Step 1: Go to your SEOSE files then find then find the files that says users and click it. http://img831.imageshack.us/img831/7792/screenie1x.png

Step 3: Find "[Character] ClassID= 1". http://img155.imageshack.us/img155/6705/screenie3l.png

Step 4: Add "Admin = 1,2,3,or 4" I used 3 which would make them a GM(game master). http://img88.imageshack.us/img88/9490/screenie4x.png

Alright now just Save and then your server will be all admin! Good luck in the private server word
