Anyone using the same computer as the server with their "host=" set to either "localhost" or "127.0.0.1" in their client has access to all commands. Anyone that is connecting remotely will need admin level 4 (by default) to use it. ---

lol good question but it wont work, but in that new update [MEOW4] admins can use commands against themself as in ''/kick yourname'' works on you also

Feel free. But make sure you understand how and why the "Server.CriticalSection" works before your code starts accessing other connected sessions. ;] ---

umm i tried changing npc's and item's file from my other serv to MEOW but it still keeps same items and not added, is their a way i can add items. or i need a new item maker thing

MEOW doesn't use any item data. When you set your armour, weapon, etc all you are doing is setting the graphic number. The pub files are only there to keep the client happy. Future versions won't have them at all. ---

what i did as a neat idea was i made .emf maps give an output as a readable text file with different attributes that i could change, i even modified eomap to read and save text files and be able to view them graphically. its a dumb thing but it was just to see if i could do it
