They aren't illegal. Seose nor EOSERV uses any code from Endless Online. Given that you create your own pub files and map files, you aren't violating the law. If you do use the files from Endless Online, you are infringing the rights of Vult-r Studios. You also cannot distribute a client unless you simply distribute files YOU CREATE. However, I do not think Vult-r cares anymore. He has provided some files to EOSERV.net staff.
