Get something like PEProtect. But there's no protection that can't be cracked.

You could try doing what ever FE did to their GFX, idk what they did but it seems to work.

If by working you meanmaking their files 30x bigger, then it works fantastically.

It took me only a few mins to access their protected gfxes ;) Few hours more and I can save every graphic to my HDD.

If you want me I can check what are they using.

I've posted this a million times for people wanting to protect their graphics:
You can't and shouldn't!

1. Why you can't:

EO does no special loading other than call the Windows API. If you do something that prevents WinAPI from loading your graphics then EO would no longer work. Therefore, if you want to load anyones graphics (including FEs) all you have to do is use WinAPI. It's that simple.

All so called "resource protection" programs will do is make your files bigger, take longer to load and use more memory. They are worthless.

2. Why you shouldn't:

Why would you want to protect your graphics? You put a lot of time into them? Sausage put a lot of time into EOSERV. I put a lot of time into Seose and Kalandra. We've all put a lot of time into this forum.

It seems that some server owners like to take more than they give back to this community.

WIN API is not a program, its more like a lot of things coded into windows. As long as you are using windows you have what sordie is talking about.

Love you too.

I agree completely with sordie. We should stop trying to hide our artwork from other servers, and share them. Making a more united game that attracts more players and enhances our community =]
