How do I make it so when you click on a sign a text box appears with the desired text.

I'm not 100% sure on this one but i believe you'd need to decompress the client as the dialog information is stored within the client. 

Guys, you should really use search before posting. Signs are stored in EMF. Currently there's no public editor that allows you to add/change/delete them.

You will have to wait until a new map editor is released.

It would be awesome if that was added into map editor though.
