Well, first of all, welcome to EOServ forums. I think you'll find we're a relatively decent bunch, if anything a bit odd, but just about everyone's willing to learn a thing or two so it's alright. :)

Since you asked, a little about myself, well my name's Michael, I'm 18 years of age and I live in Adelaide, South Australia. I currently work for AppleCare doing computer hardware engineering and repairs. Of both Scottish and Irish descent. I don't really contribute anything major here these days, I usually just stick around due to my ties with the forum staff and developers. I did used to be a member of the staff here, retired sometime earlier this year.

I don't usually go by this username, but I'm still hoping to convince these admins to change it. I usually go by the name iMacC2D in the chatroom.

I suppose someone (see Scott) may comment on the shift key use, but hey, we've seen worse things. Would be great to try and break the habit if anything to avoid incurring negative points (since we use a plus/minus rating system around here for users). The moderators tend to run a pretty tight shift as you may have already seen, but then again in quite a few cases they have to, the place wouldn't run as well if they didn't. That said, it's mostly spam and off-topic comments that we worry about around here, avoid those and generally, hopefully you should be fine. That's just a friendly tip of course. :)
