I searched PIED and found nothing.

If your trying to use this program to decompress FE's gfx files well it won't work i've already tested it myself how ever you can find out what Vult-r used to compress v.28 good luck finding the decompressor though that took me awhile on google.

It's super easy to find a decompresser for any compressed executable/DLL because it's built into them. It has to be because the data needs decompressing to memory before Windows can use it.

Decompressing FE's graphics would be as easy as:
HBITMAP bmp=LoadBitmap(LoadLibrary("whatever.egf"), MAKEINTRESOURCE(Whatever));

Self expanding PE's are really pointless. They require more memory, load slower and provide no protection.
