The chances are you'll lose all of your characters and such.
From what I know, the only thing you can transfer over are: Pubs, Maps, NPCs, shops, drops.
Anything to do with accounts and commands can't be transferred.

What do you mean exactly? Use the "Forum Search" function on the far right of the screen to find tutorials on how to set up EOserv.
Also, to copy them over, just drag the pub folder, map folder, etc, to your desktop, and add them to EOserv when that's set up.

You will loose the accounts and characters for switching over as the passwords on encrpted differently but as the others have said you can keep all you're maps and pubs ect. It will only be accounts and characters that you will loose.

Exactly what I said. You'll lose your accounts, you can keep everything else.

You're best bet is to follow this guide as there is more to it than just copying a few files.
