Is there a way to host one with an wireless connection?

Seriously? Just go into your wireless router the same way as your regular one and portforward the tcp for 8078 for eoserv...

i run mine with wireless... one drawback is when i move my laptop, the signal sucks if you have set up your router correctly it would work

I almost tried everything. Can you tell me how you did it?

go to your router login thing, my wireless one was 192.168.1.1 but yours may be different and then from there i saw a specialised thing about portforwarding and port triggering and i selected what i wanted and saved it and it worked instantly
