My startbar is gone and i'm on windows vista. If you dont understand what is the startbar. It is the bar on the bottom of your computer that shows all the programs running. Thanks for helping me.

xD drag ur mouse to the bottom where the "bottom!" of the taskbar would be and two little arrows should show, when they do click and drag it up.

Well, did you drag it down or did you kill explorer.exe? It's a task bar by the way.

Here are some solutions for window switching if you don't manage to get it fixed.

One: ALT+Tab. Switches between windows.

Two: ALT+Windows Key. Switches between windows using the pretty preview option. 

Three: CTRL+ALT+DEL. Task manager. End processes, or start new ones.

Four: Windows Key + D. Minimizes all your windows.

Have fun using your keyboard, clicking is overrated :P

explorer.exe got killed when i run taskmanager and explorer.exe my documents pop up.

not sure what you just said, but you can either start a new task and type explorer.exe or just restart your computer?

My explorer.exe is gone so i type in taskmanager explorer.exe then my documents pop up what to do then?

Well that would happen with me, but I use XP. And when that error pops up, I just move it aside and continue.
