I think he means his server isn't connecting to the SLN, Well If you're using EOSERV you would need to make sure you have it enabled=1

its not just enabled=1, mines set to enabled=yes

Sounds like you haven't portfoward yet...

I can't portforward and i made it "test" it's still not working. I never had this problem last time. Still not working
