Why can't we rate the eoserv.net staff?

Because we don't need to.

This is a forum for EOSERV, Seose, and overall EO private servers. Not a forum for you to "rate" who you like and all that crap. Being a moderator is a job; a privelege, not a right. Get it straight. We rate you guys so we can keep this forum in line and make sure it doesn't happen again.
