Question is in the title =) i need people who have played like live and everything D= what should i buy :?

I'm biased towards xbox 360. PS3 has blu-ray and internet capabilites, but xbox does it much better. I still utilize 1080p output to my TV even without blu-ray. 

I also like xbox controllers better. I always got confused by the shapes. I wouldn't make a very good preschooler :(

Xbox live is amazing. I love it. Without gamerscore and achievements, games would get boring for me really fast. I love having something to work towards like that. Achievements are fun :D

Xbox has (in my opinion) a better game selection.

Xbox has the new version coming out with a 250gig hard drive, built in wireless-n, bunch of USB ports, and Kinect.

PS3 would be cool if you're needing a blu-ray player at the same time. But other than that, I think xbox wins.

Since i heard the 'new' xbox coming out, when do u think it will come out?

1 = x-box 360
0 = PS3

I prefer the PS3 for its superior graphics. Yes, the 360 has good graphics, but the PS3 trumps it. Plus, I've been with Playstation since it first came out.

However, I never touch my xbox or my PS3, so they were really a waste of money IMHO.

interesting, i dont really care about the graphics, how much is xbox live for a month ?

I watched a video with the new xbox 360 mini thing. The guy picked it up and it destroyed the DVD inside it. I don't anything that will break if it's moved while turned on. Besides, Live costs money where as PSN doesn't. Sony isn't on my good side as of lately and I'm still vouching for the PS3. Sony > Microsoft.

PS3 for playing games over the internet as it's free but I prefer xBox 360 because I like some of the games that you can't get on PS3 like Gear Of War ect.

You're best bet is too just think what you wan't to do with the console and then compare them to you're needs.

I don't care about spending money to play online so the xBox 360 wins to me.

As a geek that has to own every system I can't recommend any. Technically, the ps3 is far superior in terms of hardware but it's not the hardware that makes the console, it's the fun you have whilst playing it. To be honest, if you can wait a bit longer I'd see who's motion controllers turn out to be the best. Whilst all the video of Microsofts kinetic look good I'd be really surprised if this works as well as they make out it does. I'm yet to see any video of "real" people playing it. The camera/gyro based controller Sony are producing looks a lot more playable. As for Nintendo.. Well, the Wii was the daddy of motion input but lets face it even with the Wii+ it's really crappy and doesn't really work well.

To summarize: Wait. If the Kinetic works as well as Microsoft say it does (which I seriously doubt) then go with that. Otherwise I'd say PS3. Assuming their motion input works well which is more likely.

Ok, thats for the feedback, ill definitely remember these when i go to purchase my system.  But right now im more into the war type games such as modern warfare 2 etc.

Plus xbox-360 has halo 3 odst alot of war type games are on the xbox-360.

Right now  i think i might go with the 360 because it has my type of game gender(not that Ps3 doesn't) it has some what good graphics it has good online/multiplayer capabilities

But I find that Xbox live is a lot more stable. And has more to offer.

Also the console itself has a more attractive look. (the PS3 looks like a printer in my opinion)

The Xbox also has a better selection of games in my opinion. with the xbox exclusive franchise' such as gears of war and halo.

The xbox 360 also has full compatibility with old xbox games. while the PS3 doesnt have PS2 games compatibility. which in my opinion is rediculous. lol

Also i can give you the prices for xbox live in Euro. Which is the only currency i know the price in.

But im sure you can convert the price to your own currency.

Its approximately €60 for a 12 month membership. Which is €5 for a month.

You can also get different free trial memberships with a lot of games aswell.

Usually they give either 2 days or 1 month.

The older PS3's can play PS1 and PS2 games. If not, I don't know how I played an old FF disc.

Because they can play PS1 games but apparently not PS2 games. which is why it seemed so rediculous to me.
