Right now given the power of the cpu of both consoles, give and take a few decent games and features, and you have 2 very good consoles with both good points and bad points.
I've owned both and found I only kept the 360 for now, 1-2 games only exist here that I play fondly.
Later on though, when PS3 takes more advantage of that clearly much more powerful cpu, and makes games that fully utilize it, it will be so much much better.
I think for a start though, 360 has beaten the market on being cheaper, and gained popularity. Only time will tell which console will progress further.
