But isn't Wordpress a "cms" (Content managing system)?
If ur looking for that, I suggest Joomla.

I use Notepad++ for writting my PHP websites as then if there is an error on any certain line then at least I can find it quicker. With notepad you're there for ages counting the lines LOL

I can't recomend any CMS sites as I never used them before. It's easy enough to just make you're own site with the stuff that you wan't it to have. it's a waste if you're not going to use all the features in a CMS site.

Notepad2 for editing scripts & content, Corel PSP X3 for graphics and I use AllWebMenus 5 for the site menu.

You're mentioning blog and CMS software. Those aren't site builders. =/

A site builder would be something like Adobe DreamWeaver, Microsoft FrontPage, etc.

I use Notepad++.

I only said about phpBB as the other person did and wanted to clear up that they ain't recomending a hackable site :)

I got the right subject and said Notepad++ as it's suitable for well everything on web and the syntax highlighter with line numbers really helps when trying to debug PHP code. I look at it in Notepad and I take longer to find the simplest bugs.

any edits I do are done in wordad, I mostly use cms portals etc, except for integrating the webcp to match the site,

ucoz & webs etc, disgust me. Besides the fact it shows you have no 1337 sk1llz!! it plasters there logo all over your stuff, and is slowww.
