the short answer is you use a resource editor to add them to the appropriate gfx file, then add the item to the game using editpub

I dont either, it should have been locked when roefl posted he wasnt doing these sorts of things anymore. I initially responded because I got my hopes up, roefl is one of my favorites among the artists that have posted stuff for the community.

i did that smart ass and the only pub edits im finding arnt downloadable anymore

does anyone still have these pixels i would like to use them but the links don't work
