More information would be nice, Such as what did you uncompresse it with?

Nvm you dont need to compress, all you do is download XN RESOURCE EDITOR then open up the .exe (Works with irc,escr,etc) and then go to icon >mainicon>then the icon thing andthereshould be the pixelator :P (Allows to change the look of it)

Problem : When the Endless.exe is edited it tends not to work, but the others do. I will find a way to get around this

Found Feature : You can also edit the layout and other things in the ESCR and EOCONFIG like replacing the game.endlessonline.com scroll down bar with Youriphere

you could just make a shortcut of eo.exe, hide the original eo.exe and change the icon via the properties for the shortcut so it looks like the main eo.exe is whatever icon you made it.
