I just wish people would stop blaming the admins here for people not getting +'s

The comments at the bottom of posts are here to moderate posts, there is little need to add these comments unless someone does something wrong. That's why there are more -'s than +'s.  You have to do something pretty fantastic to get a + and only something mildly stupid to get a -. This isn't the admins fault. It's you people, the posters.

I'd say one + is worth about 3 or 4 -'s

One of you guys make your own server or some useful bit of support software and see how quickly you get +'ed.. Don't expect the same kind of admiration by posting "my guide 2 setup ur server"

Well, glad we have a lounge section so I can get that off my chest =P

I agree Sordie (L) :P. Yeah defiantly true, cause I'm always getting told (Its the admins fault that i have 14-s -s Read the reason for the -.

Also, I'd like to mention... When someone gets a +1/2 or -1/2 There always should be a reason.

Why?

Cause there are reasons for everything ;]

more importantly people like to know why they got what they got. Mainly at the -s, +s always have a VERY good reason :P

+2s are only good for clean good software, that's basically anyone needs nowadays

I don't mean like from reputation, yeah I am bad boy but like in person, like this:

Also I don't blame you if I don't get any REP +'s, I haven't done anything useful xD

ok but before we stop talking about the +'s and -'s i want to say one last thing. I also heard some people saying the higher the +'s, the more smarter you are. Thats not true, i may of gotten +3 but thats because i was always in the Seose section and i knew everything about it. Because it required only common sense, but i hardly know anything about cod'ing. Ok on to what was said...
