I think Sausage started EOMap before Windows 7 was actually released, so until he decides to make a new version that works on Windows 7 you'll have to wait.

eomap works fine on Windows 7. Both 32 and 64 bit versions. Be sure you are running at 32bpp and that you have enough VRAM to hold all tile images. eomap uses a really crappy graphics library (allegro) that is really picky and despite how much I nag Sausage about it, he still uses it.
