The npc's speed is in the map files.

Get EOSEP Map Editor v5 and open it, load your map and select "Npc Spawn Editor" Param is the spawn time and Range is the npc's speed, 0 is fastest 7 is still

If you set the Range to Still(7), Param will become the direction that the npc is facing

I hope this helped you ^^

Crystal, a one word post is what most people considered spam.

Especially if the one word happens to be 3 letters long, and not even considered proper English. Kindly refrain from repeating this infraction of online etiquette.

It is only "online" etiquette in your opinion, and that of the staff here, one word posts are fine.

And on the NPCs topic, why does adding them using eomap 5 mess up maps that my mapper made?

You should've made a new topic for this.

The reason eomap messes up tiles when adding npc's, it's because the map data is saved slighty differently on either editor.

If you add roof tiles with sausages editr, and edit the map on eosep editor, after you save the roof tiles will be at the bottom layer, way underneath anything you can see xP
