Ive done all the stuff on my Gfx and when i go to start my client and it goes all white and nothing happens.. Why does this happen? How to i resolve it?

You probably have glitched your gfx files, replace them and start over is the only thing you can do.

No, he shouldn't have to start again. 

If he used reshacker, in his gfx folder should be all the backups of any gfx files he modified.

Just look for the files with 'original' in the file name, delete the modified one and rename the original.

make sure u have all the gfx's in like the homepages all 4 of em i think it is and it should work
