Post #3382 Re: Was: Stupidly early version available. Now: 0.1.6 ready.

Possible to compile it with Delphi 7 or TP compiler? I tried compile it with normal TP compiler, but I need some librarys i think. hmm?

I might give it a go sometime later..
I've heard it's close to impossible to learn 2 (programming or other) languages at the same time so I'll give it a miss until I've finished learning the basics of C++

Post #3389 Re: Was: Stupidly early version available. Now: 0.1.6 ready.

I building it using CodeGear RAD Studio 2009 - Architect. It uses the version 20.0 of the Delphi compiler and supports some non standard Pascal syntax like:

exit(value);

..rather than having to go..

result := value;
exit;

but it shouldn't be a problem for you to alter stuff like that. I'm not using Templates or anything like that.
Oh, and I use Indy10. I think other versions of Delphi use Indy9 by default. Don't know if that will be an issue.

EDIT: RAD Studio is quite expensive but it does compile C/C++ Builder, C#, Delphi and Delphi.net all using a nice featured IDE. .... Holy crap! I sound like I work for Borland! -washes mouth out with soap- =D

EDIT AGAIN: Oh and I don't use any libraries that don't come working "out of the box" with Delphi2009

Yeah I was right then. IdBaseComponent is part of Indy. I thought Indy came pre-installed with D7? Or maybe they changed the unit names. Yay! for non backwards compatibility! =S

This may work. Looks like a chopped up RAD Studio

Version 0.1.7 with working refresh and opening lockers.
DOWNLOAD

If you're gonna play with my server, great! that's what it's for. But please DO NOT post your downloads on my topic. And please DO NOT make out that it's version 0.1.7 of my server. It isn't.  It's 0.1.6 with some hacks in it. Again: That isn't 0.1.7!!

The version I'm working on right now is such a big rearange of the source code that I'll probably up the minor version to v0.2.7. So expect some delay before it's release.

..and -1000 karma for you for completely ripping off "Seose" by just editing the code a tiny bit and calling it "Jeose". There is a special place in hell for people that do that where demons mismatch your begin-end's =D

Edit: It would be nice of you to remove that link.

Edit2: tyvm =D

Not really a bug. I actually turn scroll bars off in my html because I think they look messy in iframes =P
I just assume that everyone has a screen resolution of atleast 1920x1200 =D hehe.

Anyway. I'll help ya =D... Hold down shift when you click in my menu to open the pages outside of my sites iframes and you can scroll about all day long =P

Post #3928 Seose Version 0.1 (release 7) now available!

Version 0.1 release 7 now available from my website!. =]

This is such a big code change that I recommed you create a new folder for it. -don't extract it into a previous release- =S

Lots of added features. I was going to hold back but I've had way to many questions on when It would be ready so I decided to release it now it's at about the same stage as EOServ 0.4.0

Enjoy.

EDIT: Ooops there was a stupid bug in this that only happened when the client requested a data file so I never noticed it. I fixed it now. No point calling it release 8 so 7b is now for download.

Thanks to Stephx for pointing that out to me =D
