Re: How to setup WebCP [Guide]
Wow... this post is over 3 years old. To answer your question, you don't specifically put your database anywhere. If you are using the SQLite version you must point the config to the full file path of your database. SQLite WebCP should be on the same machine as the server. MySQL builds simply need IP, port, and database login info.
I would highly suggest using MySQL over SQLite due to the potential to crash/lock up your server when more than a few players are online. Also, it will allow you to host the WebCP on a seperate server than your game server if you choose.

Yeah, I solved the database problem. Now it's just "How can I start this up and connect with "qs-quest.no-ip.org" on the url?" that.

Setup a webserver and configure it to listen on port 80, then point the no-ip to your web server ip. if you need help, inbox me. ---

Well, i'm trying to host this on the vps and my mate who portforwarded 8078 for me isn't on. So, I have no clue how to portforward on this VPS. It's a Windows 8 VPS.

It may be Windows Server 2012, and most of VPS providers allow all ports. You should try to disable Windows Firewall. ---

Press WinKey (the keyboard button which has windows logo) to open Start Menu, then write Firewall and try to disable it. ---

When I press the WinKey, it opens my startmenu, like I said, the VPS doesn't have a start menu.

Press the button on the very left, it shall open the settings for you VPS and it should have a firewall tab somewhere in that area.
or ask the VPS support to forward it for you. ---

Yeah, that's right. But, eh. There's no Firewall tab. This is what it looks like.
