i got it but i can't change the appearance of an item on the player. which gfx is which?

I did everything in the guide, but for some reason, in game it's still the same color. Then, I opened ResHacker to check to see if it didn't save, but it was still the color I edited it to be. Help?

Someone... Please... Help me. I have looked all through forums back and forth and yes im sure this must be somewhere it must be in like 1 spot i havent checked. But ive gone through all the steps, its saved and everything so i packed it in a .rar file and made it available to download but after downloaded it doesnt work, it uses the regular eo gfx, please help, ive been looking for weeks..
