Error with custom "drops.ini" file...

First of, I know this has been covered and I know what each part is for just seems not to be working.

In my file I only have this

1 = 1,1,15,2

Since you do not know how my pub files are I will tell you what each part is.

1 = Crazy Pig (NPC)
Next part is Gold (Still the same)
Next part is Min drop of 1
Next part is Max Drop of 15
Chance of drop is 2

I've been sat there killing the Crazy Pigs now for about 5 minutes and still no drops.

Any ideas to what is going on here... I am quite sure it's the right format

Note: I have restarted the server =]

ok your problem is easy so dont worry first ive edited your config copy and paste this into your drop config 1= 1,1,15,2 and then restart server. If this doesnt work im me at wylienicholas@yahoo.com so i can help you if it does work still im me so you can help me with my shop files.
