I just made my private server using eoserv and SQLyog i dont know if thats what you guys use but if so i need some help because I have No monsters spawn its realy anoying i can do anything thing iv looked around and havnt seen anything i dont know if i need a seperate program or whatplzhelp!!!                     Plz somone just tell me what i did wrong nothing spawns i just want it to work because i dont have internet at home and ineed somthing to do

well first, you kinda need internet to make the server public.

But anyway, to add monsters etc.. you need to add codes. Download the latest SVN snapshot from HERE

You will need to compile it and add to your server. look around for how to compile cos it never worked for me no matter what way i tried to compile.
