i know this will be a dubble post but i didnt get any help from anybody last time it still opens it in notepad i could not have the right programs to open this file but i dont know if i dont where can i get something that would open this file thanks

edit i think i dont have the equiment to open rar files because i cant downlode pubedit eather just opens in note pad
