Well copyright infringement charges are fairly serious, and depending on what you take, how much, and what kind of mood Arvid/Vult-r are in, it could be anywhere between 5000-50,000$ ( 3000-30,300 GPB )

Dude, EOServ is a Open Source..just code in your own shit. Its not hard.

There is alot of tutorials, ask questions on the forums thats what they are here for..Also rev 171 is coming out in a few days.

Vult-r put that there when Sausage took advantage of some exploit and defaced the page in attempt to get Cruise unwalled. I believe it was called "THE CAUSE".

Since its 2010 and i dont see a copyright for 2010 we can use all the gfx and maps? which would be a legal server since its not copyrighted for 2010?

idk why arvid has to be so uptight about this tell me whens the last time somthing new was actually added to endless or better yet whens the last time any of the admins actually loged into the game to check up on it
i figure through all the private servers endless is getting more popular so why do they have to bring us down
why cant arvid see that everyones just trying to have a good time

all the people hosting servers have great ideas

pets
#warp command
#skin command
new items
new monsters
new quests

everyone that has hosted a successfull server has done more for it in the time that they created it  then arvid has done for endless online in the past 3 years

i understand why arvids mad were stealing his work
all the hours he sat on a chair infront of a computer creating it
and we just use as our own

but thats no reason to threaten to sue
i mean why do we play endless online
to have fun
why do we play private servers : to change up the pace a bit
why do we host private servers : because we wanna accomplish what vult-r and the entire devolepment team has created and even add more
am i right?

and arvid if u want power il let u admin my server but i know ul be on what twice in a year for 2 mins each

EOSERV and Seose contain no intellectual property of Vult-r Studios/Endless Online. Therefore, it is perfectly legal to run a server given you create your own pub files and maps.

Since eo is no more does the copyrights still stand? Just a question.

what you mean no more? main server is still working and got more than 100 people online, althought the endless site says 0 players online. And yes. copyright will still stand no mater how much time has past since last use. Is still Vult-r creations.
