No... Where would it get the data if it had no database? I suppose you could take the scripts out of it but, it's heavily dependent upon the database.

Well I need to be able to get it to work without having the DB on my computer itself... Any ideas on how I might accomplish this?

You could use a remote database but it'll be slower. I wouldn't recommend it, it would lower your security by opening MySQL to public.
