If i make a bench how do I make it to were you can sit in it?

Do I use the tile spec?

If so what number is the bench for?

it is the tile specification editor. a bench you would press up arrow to sit on would be value 17. check other similar tiles for the effect you desire.

Sorry but value 17 is for npc blocking.
Value 1 is for sitting facing south.
