Forum :: Client Editing :: New item has blackness around it?

Ok, my dumb self finally got new items added, but now they have blackness around them. I though you were suppose to leave the blackness when you copy a picture of the item you want to change. I dont know if I did something wrong or what but any help would be gladly appreciated.

Well you have to make sure that the size of the new item is exactly the same size as the original one in the gfx files. You have anyother questions post here and I'll see if I can help you out more.

make sure that the image you copied to change has the same colour background as it may not be fully black it may be a lighter shade and how do you add your own gfx without people downloading the gfx?

what item did you add in? if you added in my swirl staff or elemental staff (unlikly) it is supposed to have black around it, but the most likly thing thats happened is that the image has a lighter shade of black on it or the image is the wrong size, the former is more likly then the latter
