It depends on what sort of setup you want. You could buy a server and run your game server & website off it although I wouldn't really recommend that for eo unless you buy some decent protection. I don't think Ddos is that frequent anymore but you don't want some idiot knocking off your server & website together.

Honestly I would just buy a server from BuyVM or somewhere similar. They should be perfect for running eoserv & a website. However if you decide to do the website & server separate send me a pm & I'll sort you a web host with 450GBPS protection for £15 a year

Compile EOSERV for Linux, and use Linode. You can hold a decent amount of players running on a 5.00/mo nanode.
