I want to make an action in EO+ so that you can learn a spell through a quest. 

For example: 

action    LearnSpell(id);

I thoughht I remembered this already existing somewhere? Can someone help?

Yes it's possible, but not without making changes to your code.

Apollo's guide on the quest engine will help you a lot. Shows all actions/rules, and gives you a tutorial on how to add new actions and rules into your code towards the bottom of the page.

A little trick you can do is to send the welcome reply packet to the player and it’ll fix the chat glitch.. just fake the news strings to tell them they’re updated
