Well from my understanding vult-r does not own the rights to EO anymore he gave them to someone else. So right there it shows you do not know what you are talking about. I believe i read this somewhere awhile back. And also if you were talking to them and they sold you the right's than you wouldn't be on here asking to buy eoserv. Instead you would be demanding the removal of anything that dealt with EO. And plus only you would pay that much for a ancient game. That would never pay out. On top of this you would have to buy out anybody who has a private server. I will tell you what i will create a private server replace the sprites and you can buy me out for 25k after that i will make another one and you can buy that one for 50k. Because you will not be able to ever force all the private servers down. To many people own the coding for it. Do you understand how stupid you are being now. Anybody in their right mind unless they are just plain stupid. Would do what you are saying. How ever this world is full of stupid people like you. PS The coding side of EOSERV you can not sue for because that was done by many people the only thing you will be able to sue for is the use of any original EO sprites being used.

Tinichi, your "understanding" is completely wrong about that, and i'll be sure you see the ownership agreement to the content when our deal is completed on my trip to the netherlands next month even though i'm not here to prove a thing to you, I will do it anyway.

The funny part is the only people complaining are the EOServ private server holders who think they're gonna lose their servers after this buyout. As I mentioned already I could careless about your 20+/-  player servers with the same functionality as every other private server made to date.

And who said anything about sueing EOServ? Just stop before you have a blowout. I don't care who uses the artwork legally or illegally and when I purchase the rights to said artwork and recovered database data, I wouldn't sue your 20 player server anyway. Just a waste of my time when my there's going to be more players on the new EO Clone than there EVER was on regular EO.

But if the buyout isn't agreed to, I will be making my own platform and next month when I own the rights to said artwork, you server holders will be receiving cease and desist letters from my company lawyers and I will take the legal actions that Vult and Arvid never did.

From a game developer's point of view. Because i am a game developer. I think your stupid and i feel sorry for you. And i could really care less. Because i have better things to do like developing my own game. I was originally just giving you some advice because i am a game developer. But in my personal opinion i think actions speak louder than words. And if you can not take the advice that was given to you by me and others on here. Than you in my book is just plain stupid and dumb.

From that point I had faked Vult-r 's identity for years until A.B. Boardman came along and claimed it from BuyVM with a better fake ID. Anyway, I posed as Vult for years just to jerk the chains of all the EO fan boys. Anyway, after Boardman got the database, I let Sausage in on the gig and we set up a mafia of PayPal trading networks on the Clone server. Elevations was in on this too, so we paid him an additional $1000 to keep quiet about it and let him use the database for his EOSource clone. Anyway, our profits collectively total 463,825 USD. Roughly, I think Sausage and I could settle up with you for no less than 500k USD for my SLN 0.9.12 and 1.3M Aussie Bucks for Sausage's EOSERV r535, and the keys to the kingdom. Anyway, you can deposit that into our PayPal accounts respectively. Our representative from Poland will be making contact with you after the fact. In the mean time, Sausage and I have work to do as we are technical consulrants for the FBI in Quantico, VA. Cards on the table. *Mic Drop*

Thanks for your opinion shane, but my $6000 offer was just for the database that was hacked pre EOClone that holds millions of characters and millions of accounts and emails.

I think one of the old e-mail's i used back then was something like silverguardian2003@yahoo.com since it has been years since i used it i know that by now yahoo would have deactivated the e-mail. You've been here for the past 12 hours doing nothing but humiliating yourself.

This guy was in the EO Discord earlier spouting the same garbled nonsense for a good 30 minutes. But as soon as I asked him what company he worked for, he went super quiet while he Googled a company (One Loop Gaming) to claim to be the owner of, working in conjunction with video game company, Bethesda Softworks. Upon contacting this organisation, I was advised they have no knowledge of this person nor does he work with them. From that point he dodged questions, eventually resorting to rage and insults which eventually got him banned.

Not only this but shortly before this proposal, he was bragging to other members in the channel, saying how he steals bitcoins from those who hire him. More bullshit? Probably. Just goes to show how much shit this guy is full of. But if that is true, Xeon, you've prematurely labelled yourself a thief, which is a pretty bad business decision to make before offering $100,000, if you ask me.

Also escrow.com is widely known as a platform for scammers to steal source code and software lol. You're an idiot if you think anyone would fall for that.
