Why would you block me? I've done nothing wrong my question is legit. I haven't broken any rules and just because you don't like the idea of EOServ selling out, isn't a valid reason to block someone lol

Also I put $50,000 on escrow.com as a sign of good faith. If Sausage doesn't believe me, I have a link for him to prove it and that i'm 100% serious, if we can come to a mutual agreement I will put the other $50,000 in escrow before we start anything.

Even better I will put a contingency that every developer listed for helping sausage develop this software will receive $10k each as well via escrow.com and 15k for apollo to sign over his rights to the SLN list and a lifetime non compete clause. If you guys still want to be active in helping me and my team, i'm a reasonable person, I have no problems with that, but anyone going behind my back if this deal does go through will deal with the worst lawsuit of their life.

This isn't about business to me, and though I am a business man by profession, this is about nothing more than expanding the game I and millions of others loved at one point in time, all I want is to boost the process of getting that back, but no offence, you guys lack the staff or resources to pull off what my resources and staff can do. Regardless of infringement or not, I will make sure the contract includes that I take full blame and responsibility on myself and noone else if Vultr would ever dare come after my company or anyone else even though the US attornies office will laugh their asses off at his claim.

You don't know what the hell you are talking about, you don't know how to just compile EOSERV and run your own server, you think for some reason you need an obsolete database, and you have all of this money and apparently a "team". I can't put together any logical reason to want the old EO database other than to milk some kids out of a few PayPal dollars, or hypothetically run a server where you act as a seller of character accounts as if you were a third party. I think everyone sees thru the bullshit to the kind of poser you are. Pay some kid here at eoserv.net like $50 and they will probably add the two missing features from EO, then you can use the rest of your monopoly wealth to buy advertising and pay for that team of yours to produce something, that or just use your money to buy a piece of ass. Anyone willing to spend $6000 on a video game probably needs to get laid.

I don't want to make any money. This is a sheer personal investment for nothing more than fun, not money. Keep your private server, i dont care, it doesn't bother me, but if you're gonna get butthurt about it, then take it somewhere else.

Sausage, when you see this, I have a link to $50k on escrow.com funded to Julian Smythe waiting to be agreed to just so show you good faith that i'm serious. Dont agree to that. If you are serious and want to deal, i'll put the other $50k in the escrow fund before we even make our deal.

No it's not that. Unless your retarded their is no reason to spend $6,000 to buy a private server. Plus it is not like all the coding is not on this website to make a private server. If you have a team of coders like you say then it will only take a few moment's to compile a server. Also it is not hard to code any new features you need to add if you have any body thats knows how to code on your team like you say you do. If not than admit you are wrong and be a man about it and i am pretty sure somebody on here would be willing to compile a server for you. There is no reason for you to have the original database as well. Unless your trying to steal info. In my opinion your just a little kid that does not know what your talking about. Or two your just plain stupid for wanting to buy a private server that anybody could build for free. So what one is it. And if you say you have all this money like you say you do. Than for $500.00 i will sell you a copy of my game core coding that has all the features that EO has. Plus more. The only thing it will not include is my modeling because it is for my game. And from there you could use your own sprites or models to make your own game. The only difference is that it is not a private server so you will be able to make money off of it as long as it is under $100,000.00 If it is more than that you will be required to purchase a license through unity and this is not much.

You aren't even willing to show any proof of the claims you've made. The fact that you can't even provide even the slightest bit of evidence is laughable at best. Do you not realize the words you say/type have a lot to do with trusting and believing a person?

There is only a few reasons you created this topic. From most likely to least likely:

1.You want attention.
2.You want to get people on eoserv talking.
3.You're trying to pull off a scam.
4.You are actually serious, and are just not too bright..

This was never about buying a private server, it was about buying out the ENTIRE EOSERV project. and community including the *.eoserv.net domain, all server revisions, apollos SLN server, and any abd all rights to every bit of everything produced by julian and his developers verified by signed non compete clauses and using the EOR client that's been fully redeveloped to work with the EOSERV software including the datasets and packet handlers to make a new EO Clone with new functionality that has never been completed by anyone else but my company. But now im done trying to explain to kids how business works. The money is in escrow.com as proof that im serious all $175,000 of it to cover Julian and each developers rights to their respective work. If agreed upon nothing will change except rights. Keep your private servers if you want and make your own SLN list for all I care, but that is my offer and it stands for one month starting today before i go ahead and start building my own server platform. The only reason i came here to EOSERV was for the community.

From here on out I won't be trying to explain my business arrangements with kids who haven't the slightest clue about how business works. My developers get things done when i tell them, not at their own leasure like EOSERV atm and when the new EO Clone is finished I will purchase the rights to all artwork and recovered data from Arvid and Vult-r which has already been worked out. In the new EO Clone you will see features that were never possible before until now and my team will continue to make this game great again before it fell off and everyone split off to do their own thing thanks to EOSERV project. I will also spend a large amount of money on proper marketing which was never done before and my unlike any server ever used for EO my $125k worth of rack mounted blade servers in 4 locations in the US and 2 in China will be able to acccomodate 100k online players at once with less latency then the 50 players that Sausages server starts to spike at.

If you still think this is a scam, I will cancel the escrow.com transaction i made as proof, and I will jump on a plane and deliver you a business check for the agreed amount and we can do a hand to hand trade off and contract signing. If you'd prefer cash, that can be arranged as well. Please get a hold of me at your earliest convenience.

I also know that if you made that much money from private servers. Than admitting this if any of the developers of the said games you mentioned.

Learn of your thread they can easily track you down by your ip and file lawsuits on you for copyright infringement. And this could also lead to jail time.

And also how can you cover each person's work anybody that has done any work on here you would have to pay off. If i can remember my old account i will log in and just for my share you owe me 1 mil. If you don't pay me i will sue you also for copyright theft of my work. Now how stupid do you look.

Not when my company purchases the rights to the artwork and data from Vult-r and Arvid personally, which has already been arranged.
