so i put my webcp on 000webhost but i think it has trouble finding my database file from my desktop
how can i get the web hosting service to find my database from my computer?

It doesn't make much sense to link a remote webpage to your home computer when you could just set up webcp on the same computer.

Yea i would prefer to do that but when i turn wamp online i cant connect to my website publicly even though i turn it online and im portforwarded 80
idk i tried everything and followed guides online. I just cant get my website online for whatever reason (with wamp)
