 Is this possible?
I want to have a small area on my screen where my cursor has limited movement. For example: a circle with a diameter of about 1.5 inches. The cursor would only be able to move within that circle.
Is there any software that allows this? ---

If there were anything that allowed this it'd likely be rainmeter. They have all kinds of things you can make/do with it. I'm sure there's some way you could make an area of screen and have it focus on that area as well as have the mouse restricted to it while open. ---
