As the title says best vpc or sandie box to test applications . Something that can't be bypassed by any malware. 

I'm not entirely sure what you're trying to achieve.  Are you testing applications? Or loading malware and or viruses onto the system?

I've always used virtual box and a handful of ISO's for various windows OS's for application testing (with a non-malicious intent).

If you're interested in playing with viruses and malware, virtualbox (or equivalent), or sandboxie could be an option.  But if you can get your hands onto a cheap laptop, isolate it from everything(networking, shared folders, accessories such as hard drives, etc).  Obviously the cheap laptop would be the best option.  (Where as sandboxie/virtualbox is on a HOST computer, and a little bit more risky).

1. Cheap Laptop
2. Virtual Machine (virtualbox or similar)
3. Sandboxie

I think he was referring to testing software on a VPC to check for malware. This is to prevent him from infecting his personal computer. Anyways, I'm not sure what the best VPC is out there, although Google is your friend! :)

Sorry for not being clear. What i want to run suspicious applications without getting my computer infected . I heard that some programs can get through your sandie box.

You could always buy a cheap vps? As long as the programs you want to run are on the smaller side. BuyVM lets you reinstall the systemOS as many times as you want to whatever operating system you want too, they have a good selection of choices.

Run a virtual machine. VirtualBox, VMware, etc.

Install an OS. Run your shit. Revert to snapshot. Repeat.

And programs don't get through your "sandie box", since they run within that environment. As far as the (malicious) software is concerned, that is all there is.

don't use sandboxie, it's a huge risk, and sandboxie allows some system modifications to take place such as modifying what's sent to your monitor from all applications.

use a virtual machine with no network access and no access to the host. dont install virtual box addons perhaps if you use virtualbox. maybe rent a server or something
