One of my first pixel's. "inventory view", I am having trouble with shading :(.

looks ugly. very square ish. make more curved in certain locations like top and bottom. It's a weapon not a wepon. That top part looks like you used scissors and cut it off. definately fix shading.

right now you have dots everywhere. make full color on both sides with dots of different colors in the middle only. (for shading) like so ||||||_|_|_|__|____|_______________  

so starts solid, mixes, then back to solid.

It looks okay. Here are some tips.

-Save as PNG , jpeg messes up the quality of the image

-Don't dither blades meant to be sharp, dithering is usually for cloths

Overall good for first pixel :) Im no pixel expert just my thoughts.

Looks cool.

And i agree with post above, save as .png.
