Uh, does anyone have desmond's EMF2PNG? I've tried his topic but it says 404 not found. Would be grateful if someone could upload, thanks.

From what I remember, that program was incomplete and didn't always render the maps properly. EOMap 2.0 has the bitmap generator in place (I think). Either program does mediocre maps at best.
