Yes, indeed this was the old "Ruby Hat" topic but instead of posting another I thought, 'Why not just re-use this one? O_o'

But this is some kinda ghost / zombie / undead guard

I think that you took Arvid's Witch Hat and stuck a red circle on it.

In my opinion it looks worse.

The cape kinda needs a shadow on the inside to show depth from the torso part, otherwise it looks like a dress. Its pretty need already though :D

There is a lot of shadowing and coloring that needs to happen to this. Continue your concept though, just define it!

I'm honestly not sure if I see any shading done to this at all. It's looks very flat. Use darker and lighter colours to show the depth and give it a shadow too.

Also, the face.. If it's going to be undead it needs to be paler and  it needs to be cut up a bit more. Add blood to the armor and face and it should look better
