If that statement is true, then please explain to me why where's a forum section? And in that forum section, why is it split into more sections? We have Artists, where as you said, people show their work. We have the Lounge, where as I'm aware of the rules "bitch's go crazy" is a way of saying "do whatever the fuck you want." Then we have the EOSERV section, where people actually talk about the emulator, and  coding. Then we have Advertisements where people advertise they're games. The rules don't say that the website is made and only made or people who talk about the emulator. There's no section in artists saying "only EO work please." There's no section in the other sections saying "Only shit todo with EO may be posted..." So why make this topic? You clearly haven't any valid point whatsoever.
