I'm a PC fanboy, but the Xbox One looks a little promising. My Xbox and Xbox 360 were water-damaged by a leak in my ceiling, so I haven't played them in a couple of years. I need xboxxx....

The good times are killing me.

It looked alright, I just don't agree with all the emphasis on tv that they put on it we hardly got to see any game play or actual games.

Id have to disagree you just haven't researched... This has not even fully been announced as of yet and still there are numerous official gameplay previews links below. By the way cnet confirmed what we all have wondered along with an interesting fact which I was unaware of "Xbox One games will also need to be fully installed, and if the install disc is used on another console, there will be a small fee for doing so." This is disgustingly greedy.

I think it looks really cool. I like the design of the hardware.

The part that sucks balls is the need for an internet connection (not always on, but at least once a day) and the requirement to install your games. Basically killing used game sales and loaning games to a friend.

Either way I just bought a new Slim model (Halo 4 theme!) in November and have no need for another Xbox at this point. Unless I want an overpriced Blu-Ray player, which is what the PS3 is there for.

I'm a natural born and raised Xbox fan, but when I saw the Xbox One I went to complete shame. It's fucking ugly as hell, the Console and the controller. The Xbox Slim is probably the sexiest thing I've ever seen. 

AND THE HEART-RATE MONITOR. What's the fucking point?! We have the Wii, let them handle fitness shit. 

The only thing I like about the Xbox One is that it has no sound coming from the console and (apparently) it's lag free. I think that's complete bullshit but it's something to dwell upon.

Why would Microsoft or any company for that matter, leave the fitness to the wii especially when the kinect has done so well and has gone leaps forward technology wise. You make no sense what so ever and to top it off the kinect has grown dramatically in size, which should give you a hint that the technology has boosted even further then from its original release.

I guess that's true, but even so, there's still no use for the heart-rate monitor. Yeah alright we can see our pulse and we can compare it to every time we do a fitness test, but nobody will care for it

Well since I'm at the gym i took a picture of the heart rate guide. People use this a lot I think it's self explanatory.

I'm not getting the new Xbox until they stop making 360 games :S and even then I'd probably switch to PC or something

But wait there's more! The xbox one now has a blu-ray drive made by Sony! FAIL. 

Sony will be making money off both systems, clearly has the advantage now.

No used games means fuck you, Microsoft. I'm sure the PS4 will suit my needs well for this gen of consoles.
