Idk why someone -1'd you but is the imaged the same as the one posted? As it is corrupt when i try and look at it (Like you saved it in JPG)

Honestly i know its horribly crappy, lmao, i don't pixel 24/7 but i based it off the top-hat found on the object "Snowman".

I took absolutely no pride while making this :P lol. also tinypic may have converted it.

i haven't seen HOW in ages and this looks like it.
